Uses of MEDISTIK™ DUAL Stick:

MEDISTIK™ DUAL Stick can be used to massage the back, lumbar spine, legs, tennis elbow, shoulders, stiff neck, and temples. Apply along your spine before bed, and wake up feeling completely relaxed. Medistik can be applied up to 4x a day, but usually 1-2x is enough.

SUGGESTIONS: How to test Medistik™ Stick: You can test Medistik's fast absorption into the skin. With gentle pressure, apply to an easily accessible area - neck, the inside of your lower arm, lumbar spine - and within 1-2 minutes you will feel a heating or cooling effect on your neck. Slightly longer activation times may occur on different parts of the body, depending on the thickness and sensitivity of the skin. Skin saturated with the application of other products can also affect the activation time. Depending on the type of strain or injury, Medistik may result in opposite effects on certain parts of the body. In the winter, you will mostly feel the heating effect, but the cooling effect always activates on overheated tissue.

Hairy skin: When applying the product on hairy skin, we recommend spreading a light layer on the skin and rubbing any gel residue on the hairs into a wider circle around the affected area. If water is not available, the product may be applied with the rounded lid after placing it back on the Medistik applicator.
